I have just enabled a new confirmation method, so that all customers now have the choice of submitting an email address or a telephone number during the checkout process. Customer's telephone numbers will only be used to advise them of their order progress, via SMS messages. Your number will NOT be passed on to any third party and you will never receive sales calls.   Paul.  

I just needed to make everyone aware that the Merchant I am dealing with through this website seems to be taking a little longer in clearing the card transactions. This may result in orders paid by Credit Card taking up to 5 working days to be despatched.  Where possible, orders are despatched (usually) within 2 working days, and I will always endeavour to continue to achieve that as a minimum. Orders purchased via PayPal payments are sent within 2 working days. Thanks. Paul.

At last!  Books delivered just a short time ago, and so far looking good!   A large mug of tea, a couple of corned beef rolls and then on with packing all the back-orders.  The first orders of NQR will be posted tomorrow, with all orders being despatched chronologically from when they were placed. Everyone will receive an email confirming despatch of your order.  Thanks again everyone.

Dear Customer The books were printed and were delivered in time for me to commence packing for despatch of all backorders on Tuesday 20th June as I promised you. However, once delivered, upon inspection, it became apparent that the books had not only been printed on paper of a (slightly) inferior quality than requested, but the colour of the paper was cream, not white!
