After an extremely busy (and surprising) day, the last copies of Gentleman & Warrior have been sold. The book has been removed from the website for the moment to ensure no orders are taken in error. A minor "blip" meant that it was unavailable during the past week, but all has now been set right.  Please also remember that if you pay by any card (VISA, Mastercard, Debit Card or Amex), it may take a couple of days longer for me to process your order due to the length of time the card payment takes to come through.
