On this hot and sticky bank-holiday weekend, I can confirm that the printers are working hard to get the book delivered to me asap.
I have also included (in the product section) just a tiny snippet (one page) of a couple of chapters. (Its on the NQR page).
Originally, I was hoping to have two print runs underway at more or less the same time; one in the UK and one in the USA. Unfortunately, this hasn't been possible (though it will happen in a few months).
In the meantime, anyone who orders from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand (and everywhere else!), will get a small refund against their shipping (unless they already have an unused discount code).
Best laid plans not quite coming to fruition just yet! One of the drawbacks of being a small business in the UK.
